Pam & Shelton -

You guys are in my thoughts and prayers daily. I hope that you are both
continuing to heal and make progress back toward a more normal life, though
your life is now going to make a change. Having gone through things like this,
I can tell you that it will be up to you to stay focused and positive, to believe
that you will get back to your equilibrium, and to see yourself walking out of that
hospital someday very soon. I hope that if you need anything at all, you will contact me.
